There have been severe flood warnings on the River Fowey this week. Today the river levels have fallen.

Here are four panoramic images taken this morning on a walk through Golitha Falls NNR.

There are two wooden footbridges over the leats that flow into the River Fowey above the falls.

The water flow increases as the valley narrows.

The receeding water levels have washed away the autumnal leaf fall, leaving barren silt.
