12th July 2009 - Zapcat racing - Plymouth Hoe
Rounds 7 and 8 of the 2009 Zapcat championships was held in Plymouth.
The course was laid just below Smeaton's tower on Plymouth Hoe and this provided a spectactular view of the racing.
The "wet pits" are in the small harbour on the west side of the Hoe by the Waterfront bar.
Banners and flags are on the jetties.
The jetties will provide an excellent viewing point for the heats. They also allow a good vantage poiint to watch the teams prepare their craft.
