11th June 2005 - Looe Lugger Festival
Organised by the Cornish Lugger Association, the Looe Lugger festival is held every other year. Over the weekend luggers from Cornish and Breton ports arrive in Looe for racing and social events.
This year the weather was favourable.

Class A luggers are fully decked boats over 30-ft. Class B are smaller inshore, generally open boats.

PZ134 Oceans Pride is a 1918 green hulled lugger based in Newlyn and Hayle. CM2924 La Nebuleuse is a gaff ketch from Caramet, Brittany.
