The MOD have a permissive path through the range down onto the beach.
A couple of weeks before I tried to get onto the beach at low tide to see the WW2 defences that have recently been exposed by the recent storms.
However with the Red flags flying access to the beach is prohibited, so my only view was from the cliffs.
Returning this weekend, I found the sand had already covered the defences.
Leaving a few remnants higher up the beach.
As I could not get down onto the beach on my earlier visit I wnet along the military road to Kingsand.
Where work has already started to save the clocktower damaged in the recent storms.
